- Preferably in your final or penultimate year of university (or equivalent).
- Strong builder mindset: you execute, learn fast, and iterate.
- Your background matters less than motivation, drive, and ambition.
- Comfortable working intensely in-person with a small team.

Talent Venture Group is launching its first Ventureship: Project Builders Lab – an intensive summer program where 8 selected entrepreneurs form 4 teams and spend the summer building, testing, and launching a startup.
Focus areas: Media-Tech / HR-Tech / Talent-Tech and Edu-Tech.
Location: Central Stockholm - office-based, on site.
Program dates: 1 June – 21 August 2026.
What you’ll do

Team up with one other founder (teams of 2).

Turn an idea into a real launchable product (MVP).

Validate with users and iterate fast.

Prepare and pitch at Demo Day to invited angel investors.
Who we’re looking for
