No you don't! During the first week of the program, all participants will together ideat problems and solutions. However, if you have an idea you would like to pursure during the program, we are happy to explore it with you.

Yes it is! We require that our participants collaborate on site in Stockholm during this program.

No it will not. We will provide office space and ammenities associated. We are happy to make recommendations of where to find appriporate housing if you are not familiar with Stockholm.

Yes! A small compensation will be provided, this to enable full focus during that program as you are expected to fully commit to this during the summer.

No you don't. We encourage individuals with tertiary degrees to apply. However, we are looking for people with high levels of drive, initiative, action-taking and problem solving.

Yes and no. Talent Venture Group has a strong track record within Talent- / HR- / Media- and Edu-Tech. These are our areas of expertise. Should you be inclined to explore industries adjecent to these, we will be more that happy to listen. However, should we feel that you are to far from our core industries we will not be able to provide the same support.

We will provide office spaces, coaching and support during the Ventureship. Aswell as the occational Friday AW. However, do not be mistaken. The outcome of this program depends solely on your actions and initative.

No! All applications are assessed on an individual basis. You will be paired with a suitable co-founder during the first week of the program.
